If you’re going to be in Camrose Alberta, Canada on the 30th of November, you might want to head down to the Camrose Regional Exhibition. Premiere Event Management (PEM) will be hosting their seventh annual Fashion Show for Cancer and this year is going to be their biggest yet!

Shoppers Drug Mart will be at the event for the first time giving out goodies in the shopping area and doing makeup demos that will definitely help you feel like a million bucks. Ashley Morton, the coordinator for the event and owner of PEM, is super excited about this new partnership because it’s just another way to help women feel beautiful.

If you’re really looking to get treated like royalty on your girl’s night out, you should look into purchasing a VIP ticket to the show. Not only will this allow you to get into the event a little earlier than you would, but you’ll also get front row seats to the show as well as a bigger gift bag full of goodies for you to take home. With all this pampering, you’re sure to feel like you’re famous!

Some women are put off from going to fashion shows because they usually feature nothing but pin-thin women wearing clothing that wouldn’t look right on anyone with a normal body. But since this event is put on by volunteers within the community, the show will feature normal women with normal bodies showcasing fashion that you can purchase from local businesses. Celebrating normal women is important, especially in a society that’s becoming more and more obsessed with trying to look like celebrities do.

“It is such an amazing event that keeps growing and flourishing each year. It’s so much fun. The women come so excited, dressed to the nines. They are ready to spend some money, watch the fashion show and have a great time.” said Morton.

The price can’t be beat, either. Tickets are $15 at the door, but you can get them in advance at many local retailers within the area for only $10. If you want all the perks that being a VIP can provide, the tickets will still only cost you $25. VIP ticketholders are able to get into the event at 6pm while regular ticketholders will have to wait until 7pm.
